Premise:
As opposed to the reliance of acquiring PSI to use in the Dungeon Section, the Onett Section has a more community-based approach in individual growth in the form of “Learned Trades”.
Trades allow an individual to contribute to a society, in various manners such as plumbing or being knowledgeable in history.
Acquiring Trades:
The Player acquires trades through peer experience, effort, education, examination, & evaluation.
Like for example, the Player is opportunitied in the beginning of the game to learn a high trade by degree through going to classes in Onett University.
Trade Groups:
The are four main groups of trades with various conditions in acquisition:
-Service Trades: The easiest to level as it relies only on experience. (Brown)
-Labor Trades: Requires experience, effort, education, but without examination. (Red)
-Scholarly Trades: Requires experience, effort, education, and examination. (Gold)
-Administrative Trades: The hardest and meant for the endgame, Requires effort, education, examination, & continuous evaluation. (White)
