Maybe I forgot EVE has PSI powers, but I still wonder about this.
Can robots learn PSI?

I heard starmen are robotic creatures (They can use PSI), but the rust promoter/slatwater pistol doesn't seem to work on them. Other mechanical enemies like octobots and nuclear reactor robots are unable to use PSI at all... Yet again, Ness and his friends become robots near the end and remain with their PSI
