This project looks incredible! I am looking forward to use this Engine, because now that VX Ace is free on Steam I got it and I looked everywhere for something that I can use to make an Mother Styled RPG. I dont care when its releasing I would wait as long as it takes, because this looks very good up until now. Since this also would be my first project in Vx Ace I would be very thankful if somebody uploads a tutorial on how to use this as soon as it releases.

Thank you for the kind words! I never thought this project would go this far tbh.

But just a tip for you as someone who has a buttload of unfinished projects.

You should or could, start now. You shouldn't wait for some engine to finish to start your game, hell, I don't know if this engine would be helpful for you or anyone.
It's ok if you use the default RTP and if your game isn't what you expect, use a tutorial I don't care, It's your FIRST project.
Also, don't think about whether anybody will play your game or not, I'll play it that's for sure.

I know that this is very messy but all I wanna say is:
Just go at it! I'm excited about your project and the future of fangames in general.

This is a successor to an older Mother Vx Ace engine

This project is mainly going to

- Imitate Mother 3 with remade Mother 1 & 2 Graphics,

- Finish all the characters growth rate,

- Continue the development of the original engine,

- And some new common events, enemies, and bosses just to be sure.

OH MY GOD you working on this?! Is this a Earthbound maker you doing? will it be a tool for download? or is this for rom hacks? it would be nice to use this for making Earthbound games hopefully this doesn't involve rom hacking or the rpg maker. I don't use it!

I was able to get RPG Maker VX Ace free on Steam.
Hopefully once this releases, it will help me experiment a lot.

Yes, this is a tool for making fangames, but don't hold your breath yet there are so many bugs Xd

guess I'll just stick with clickteam for now. Game Maker is completely free and only requires a sign up for account to use it but its as complicated to use as all the old versions of Game Maker. Gdevelop and Scratch are other free to use but nothing ever beats Clickteam I really wish they make this one free in the future if a better company takes over lol. (y)
