Later I'll do some sheets for some characters I designed for older fangames I actually still like as characters I'm never gonna use XD

My party member is a mostly robot cyborg that
Uses the shell of a (battle damaged) starman.
He is (usually) a calm, outgoing person (but the seriousness of the starman does show every once in awhile)
And I even drew him!
His battle options are:
Bash/slash(if he has his weapon equiped)
Psi
Item
Defend
Switch mode(basically a auto battle option that applies for him only. His attack set is the same as a starman super [+ swinging his blade -psi] and it makes his options become: switch mode and continue. He will use healing items and psi on his own as well.)
Base HP is 128
Base defense is 27
Base attack is 37
Base guts is 99
Base IQ is 123
Base luck is 47
Base pp is 135
Base psi moves are
Fire alpha and beta
Thunder a and ß
Flash a and ß
Shield gama
Brain shock a
Teleport gama (imagine the go to location debug function as a psi.)
When mode is switched. He can:
Glare menacingly (50% chance to cause paralysis)
Shoot a laser (50 DMG +3 for every atk stat beyond 37)
Swing a red swirly pendulum (30% chance sleepy
10% chance paralysis)
Use a neutralizer
Insult the opponent ( 50% chance cry)
Fire a ________ (the underscore being any rocket/bomb he has. If none: but he had nothing to fire!)
Tried _______ (any psi he has at the moment)
Assisted _____ (add 20-50 extra damage to an attack to an opponent from an ally)
Lost his patience!!! ( Attack 3-5 times for 30 DMG per hit)
Revived _____ (revive a fallen ally)
Base name is torus
Other names are:
Supre
Derius
Sunkin
Remdor
Terru
He learns the next stages of his base psi At level 9 with a 5 level gap in-between each.
